Slow Cooker Creamy Tuscan Chicken

A rich and creamy slow cooker dish that combines tender chicken with vibrant Tuscan flavors.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the baby spinach.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken and stir it back into the sauce.
  7. Serve hot over pasta or rice.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight before cooking.
