  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper, then place in the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
  5. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and cover, simmering until chicken is cooked through.
  7. While chicken cooks, in a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  8. Once chicken is done, top with crispy turkey bacon and serve.
