  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour the creamed spinach mixture over the chicken and top with chopped turkey bacon.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
