- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
