Sour Cream Potato Bake Recipe

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the sour cream mixture, and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, sour cream mixture, and cheese. Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
