  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with sesame oil and salt.
  4. Spread the rice evenly in a baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Flake the salmon and combine it with the sauce.
  6. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice layer.
