- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup tempura flakes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the sushi rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 18 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon and mix it with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Once the rice is done, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the rice with the salmon mixture and sprinkle with green onions, nori, cucumber, and tempura flakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
