- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear, then combine with water in a pot. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and half of the green onions.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice in an even layer in a baking dish.
- Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips before serving.
