Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

A delicious and easy recipe for a cozy night in, featuring a flavorful spicy salmon mix baked to perfection.

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear, then combine with water in a pot. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and half of the green onions.
  4. Spread the cooked sushi rice in an even layer in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips before serving.
