Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the spinach until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add cooked spinach and crumbled bacon to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.

Notes
