Tiramisu Cups

Indulge in the delightful layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone in our Tiramisu Cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture, then layer them in cups.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layering until cups are filled, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Add chocolate shavings on top for extra decoration.
