  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked linguine and chopped basil, mixing everything well.
  6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
