  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onions, celery, eggs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slowly add chicken broth to the mixture until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some garlic powder to the mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
