  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
