- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats for the crumble topping.
- Fill muffin cups with batter, then sprinkle crumble topping on each.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
